Payment
All payments are to be in sterling.
We do not accept credit cards, payment has to be by cash or cheque
Cancellations
If you have to cancel your booking please remember that a contract exists between you and the West Farm. We will always try to re-let the cancelled accommodation but your deposit will not normally be refunded due to the administration costs of making the initial booking and the re-booking.
West farm's cancellation policy is, if we cannot re-let the accommodation you have booked, that you will be liable for 30% of the total charge if you cancel within 28 days of the start of your visit, 60% within 13 days and 80% if you cancel within 48 hours. If you fail to inform us and do not arrive you are liable for 100%.
Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising here shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
